Our brand new gym integrates all mayor types of training in a friendly, open-plan layout. It’s divided into specialised zones where we have areas for cardio, weight machines, free weights, flexibility and core stability training.

  • Free induction sessions – general introduction regarding membership options, equipment, services and training principles.

  • Free training programmes – provides an easy start and structured approach to your training based on your individual needs and goals.

  • Free re-assessment sessions – periodic fitness, body composition and nutritional consultation session.

  • Nutritional advice – advice and nutritional guidance to assist your training, lifestyle and sporting requirements.

  • Free personal training taster sessions – introduction to the benefits of working out on one-to-one basis with personal trainer.

  • Personal training sessions – one-to-one individually structured training programmes based on your individual level of fitness, personal goals and state of health.

  • Group personal training sessions (up to 3 people) – create your own group and train with your friends.

  • Strength conditioning coaching sessions – specifically designed strength and power training sessions and programmes to meet your individual sporting needs.

  • Group strength conditioning coaching sessions (up to 4 people) – train harder, get extra motivation to improve your athletic performance by working out with other athletes.
